|Job Functions||Call Centre|
• Ensure retention targets are met
• Personal Competence Results:
• Finding solutions to retain policies (innovative in methods)
• Effectively build solid relationships within the Retention Department
• Ensure internal SLA’s are met
• Drive client retention by ensuring client satisfaction
• Building rapport with client
• Ensure regular follow up when liaising with clients
Standard 10 / Grade 12 / NQF 4
• This position will need to be FAIS accredited and RE qualified
• (Applicants with no FAIS or RE will be considered depending on the applicants Call Centre Sales / Retentions or Customer Service experience)
• Minimum 1 year work experience in a sales / customer service role in a call centre environment
• Negotiation skills, problem solving skills and ability to work in a pressured environment essential
